Printed sheet, 30 x 21 cm, with text in Dutch and French, published by M.J. Israel, bookseller/publisher in Arnhem, informing the release of the book 'Wit' (White) by herman de vries. The book contains 200 pp., 4 collages and an introduction by J.C. van Schagen. Only one copy is available for trade (from the total edition of 5 copies, not mentioned in the text). The sheet is signed by de vries in pencil. Folded as issued, slight browning of the paper. Scarce document.

A brief translation of the text reads: 'About this universal book, in which all contradictions are left out and which content should be acceptable for everyone as all problematics are overcome and nothing has been isolated from reality..one can say that it is a positive contribution to the synthesis of everything'. The book consisted mainly of empty pages, except for the title and publisher's information, the introduction text was 'invisible', ref. the superb website hermandevries.org.
