Mid to late 19th cent. Portraits of the Marda family, names handwritten under most of the portraits, incl. 1 portrait of an unnamed black girl. Loosely inserted into 1 album. With a manuscript commonplace book of the same family, incl. many poetic entries (many copied from famous Dutch poets) and incl. a receipt for a carriage ride to a church on the occasion of a child's baptism (1866).
Some cards faded/ browned, but generally in good condition. (total 2)
