Ridder in de Orde van Oranje Nassau (with swords), with accompanying announcement card and sealed decree (dated 24 August 1924), both signed by the Kanselier der Nederlandse orden and the book with the Wet tot Instelling van de orde and typed conduitestaten; the Mobilisatie Herinneringskruis 1914-1918 with accompanying certificate dated 29 May 1926, signed by the mayor of Baarn; an honourable discharge and pension from the army commander at Bandung, dated 20 October 1920; "Enkele herinneringen aan onze Hoofdcursus tyd ter gelegenheid van het feit, dat wy 60 jaren geleden by K.B. van 5 October 1901 tot 2e Luitenant werden benoemd.
