Portrait of the Belgian actress Lucy Badoud (named Youki by the artist) in brush and brown ink and gouache colouring on grey-blue paper, c. 1930, leaf 24 x 21.5 cm., titled and signed, in mount and in contemporary metal frame without glass.

Margins browned due to the stained mount which covers several centimetres of the surrounding leaf; several creases. Beautiful portrait of the artist's lover, with naked shoulders. See also lot 1768.
