Logbook for the (motor) lugger Freya (also Freia), Captain P. Groeneveld. Pre-printed and filled out by hand, dated 1933. 93 numbered leaves, clothbacked boards, folio. With inspector's stamp dated 1934 to title page.

The Dutch steel lugger Vlaardingen 79 Freya was built in 1911 by C. v.d. Giesen in Krimpen aan de IJssel. Extended and converted to a motor lugger in 1928, the ship was henceforth known as Maas until it was sold for scrap in 1965.
