Doornick in Amsterdam, in 1662 (1 copy in PiCarta, UVA). PiCarta mentions one copy with the same longer title dated 1682 (Rijksmuseum). PiCarta lists a single copy (Rijksmuseum) with the shortened title as in our present copy, but some engravings with the address of C. Allard (indicated publication date 1700). The address of Allard is not found in our copy.
