Original (?) typoscript consisting of title page and 27 leafs with 107 typed quatrains (recto only), on paper with watermark "Departement van Landbouw, Nijverheid en Handel", plain cover with faux leather spine, 23.5 x 18 cm.

Tanned at beginning and end due to the cover. With a note in pencil in the back: "Typoscript uit de collectie Van Dishoeck." Uitgeverij Van Dishoeck published the first trade edition of this work by Boutens in 1930 (first edition: 1926). With: "Was wille das Weib? Dames en heren dat is het vraagstuk van deze avond". Typed recital on 2 sheets copy paper of the Haagse Post, 39 x 20 cm. With various corrections in pen. On Friday night 10 April 1981, a theme night on women and feminism took place in Paradiso under the provocative title ‘Was will das Weib’. Maarten 't Hart, Remco Campert, Rutger Kopland, Ischa Meijer, Hans Dorrestijn and Jan Siebelink (according to a poster in Het Geheugen van Nederland) and others contributed to that night. We could not discover which of these gentlemen present wrote or recited this text. And with 3 various others.
