contemp. panelled gilt vellum, both covers with central oval ornament of Minerva Dordracena surrounded by ornamental double borders with corner fleurons, ribbed spine with 8 gilt compartments, one of which with mor. letterpiece, copper catches and hinges of clasps (lacking), folio.
Offsetting from rusty paperclips at the beginning. Gilding sl. faded; back cover discol. at top margin. With letterpress school prize filled out in pen, awarded to Petrus Henricus van de Wall (Van Puttershoek, 1795-1853) by the Dordrecht Gymnasium, 1813, signed by the prefect Hendrik Onderwater (1747-1822) and by the rector H.
