Here and there trifle foxed; spine and outer corner slightly worn, but a good, uncut copy. The first edition of the first illustrated work on the old Amsterdamse Schouwburg, which was founded in 1638 and entirely destroyed by fire in May 1782. Moreover, the fire cost 18 people their lives.
