Here and there slightly stained, minimal wormholes and small other defects, still a fine copy with signature (?) of the author "F. Mandeli" in pen on reverse of the title page. Also with old owner's name "Loynel Pharmacien" on the final blank page. Very rare pharmacopoeia, only a handful of copies in libraries worldwide (e.g. the Wellcome Library). The signature on the reverse of the title could be an approval of the copy by the author; we could not verify this. See the article by J. Martin and P.
