Patritii Anconitani, De assecurationibus; et Proxenetis Atque Proxeneticis. Amsterdam, J. Pluymer, 1658, (32),317; 133,(11) p., with engraved title vignette, contemporary overlapping vellum (blank leaf between both parts cut out).

Very rare, only two copies in PiCarta (KB and Leeuwarden). Very good copy with owner's name of Eppo Cremers (1823-1896), wealthy Groninger and minister of Foreign Affairs, Speaker and senator. On the author, influential Italian lawyer Benvenuto Stracca (1509-1578) see: https://tinyurl.com/lnr6q53. He was the first to distinguish between commercial, civil and canonical law and is considered the founder of the "diritto commerciale". The first editions of his treatises De Assecurationibus (insurances) and Proxenetis & proxeneticis (pimping and souteneurs) appeared in 1569 and 1597 respectively. Considering the subjects, it is no surprise an Amsterdam edition appeared.
