Interesting, large collection on the subject. Published in Utrecht by Gerrit Post (10x) and by Johannes Altheer (4x), in The Hague by the Lands Drukkerij (10x), in Delft by Martinus van Grauwenhaan (2x), in Arnhem by J.H.
