[Pamphlets] 5 pamphlets, 1576-1612, incl. a rare Leiden variant:

Placcaert Van de State generael vande gheunieerde Nederlanden: byden welcken (...) men verclaert den Coninck van Spaegnien vervallen van de Ouerheyt ende Heerschappije van dese voors. Nederlanden, ende verbiet sijnen naem ende zeghel inde selve Landen meer te ghebruycken, &c. Leiden, Ch. Sylvius, 1581, (22) p., without wrapper (various defects, see photo).

Of this pamphlet, the famous Plakkaat van verlatinghe, several variants exist, all rare: one variant counts 7 pages and multiple variants exist, each different, of 22 pages like ours. Our edition has the word "placcaert" above the title, another has "placcaet". As far as we could trace our variant is not represented with a copy at UB Leiden. With 4 more, all in poor condition, printed in Brussels (1576), Antwerp (1579) and without place (1579 and 1612), together in wrapper with in pen on front: "Ces 4 [sic] pieces ont coutés 7. florins Ches Le sr. Dours en 1774." (total 5).
