Leipzig, Meissner & Buch, 1920, printed in 200 numbered copies on Zanders (this is number 106, one of 100 copies with the signatures of the author and artist printed instead of original), 126 p., with 17 lithographed plates, original gilt cardboard by the Leipziger Buchbinderei after a design by Erich Grüner, large 4to, in the original cardboard slipcase.
