Several quires tender, paper across spine damaged and with old reinforcements. Still an acceptable copy with the handwritten names of 3 members of the Stellingwerff at Lemmer/ Kampen, dated from 1825, on the endpapers. This copy contains (as does another copy traced by us) an extra map: Noord-Brabant en Limburg. Very rare, original edition, PiCarta lists only copies of the "Nieuwe zak-atlas", with Koeman that edition is thus known as Maa 1.
