Several leaves with vague water stain, several minimal other defects; vellum on backstrip with repaired tears, front board reset. Good copy of the first edition of the so-called "Divisie-kroniek" (second 1636), which would remain the standard work on Dutch history until the publishing of Wagenaar in 1749. Based on 16th-century editions of the work of Cornelius Aurelianus (ca. 1460 - after 1523).
