Small folio, rebound using the original material, leather across wooden boards, blindstamped, copper clamps and clasps, new endpapers, title with printer's mark in woodcut, (18),664 pp. + register and 28 pp. Names and annotations on title page and on the blank leaf before the cookbook in manuscript, numbering various chapters in manuscript above the text; here and there (water) stains, at beginning several pp. with wormholes, else good. This edition not in PiCarta. Scarce.
