Contains for example: (1) "Soerabaja 29 Sept. 1919 a/b. HMS "Panter". Ontwerp der Instructie van een commandant van het nieuwe kampement, 7 leaves written on one side; (2) "Soerabaja 27 Sept. 1919 in zee Oct. 1919". The same design as the former, signed by Lieutenant and commander of HMS Panter R.H. Arntzenius, 7 leaves written on one side; (3) A quire of 20 pages with hundreds of ship names organised by country (Germany, England, France, Italy, Russia, America, Austria-Hungary, Turkey and Japan) and next by type, with indication of the ship's fate (e.g. "door eigen mijn"); (4) "Radiografische misère". "Jakhals vervangt 2 maart Hermelijn te Riouw (...)", 4 pages; (5) "Dienstgeheim. a/b HMS "Lynx" 6 sept. 1918". Comments regarding a concept manoeuvre book for torpedo boats and destroyers 1917, signed by commander R.H. Arntzenius, 12 p. The remaining, similar manuscripts e.g. drafted on board the "Jakhals" at sea near the Anambas islands, addressed to the commander of the "Lynx", 7 March 1919; drafted at Tjandoeng Oelar, signed by Arntzenius and addressed to the commander of the "Koningin Regentes", 5 March 1918 and a manuscript explanation of the card game Scat (2 p.)
