[Fans] Fan with painted parchment leaf and bone ribs

Probably Dutch, second half 18th century, the parchment leaf painted in gouache and heightened in gold, front of leaf entirely filled with scene of Rebecca and Eliezer at the well inside borders shaped like gilt leaf tendrils, reverse with modest landscape, with 20 ribs of profusely contoured bone, width 48 cm and height 27.5 cm.

One rib loose from the leaf (easily repairable), minor repairs/ reinforcements of small tears with tape to folds. Beautiful fan with finely coloured, full-size scene.
