Two mint Deluxe multiple boxes produced by Globalartaffairs/Luiscius Books in Leiden/’s-Hertogenbosch, in an edition of 50 copies, both in 2011. Includes: (1) On Kawara, Unanswered Questions, edited by Karlyn de Jongh. Numbered 003. Black-lettered grey cardboard cassette, 24 x 27 x 6 cm, containing a book, 205 pp., and a cd in a cloth covered holder. -also contains a loosely inserted postcard with a question for On Kawara, returned to sender. Housed in black cardboard box.

With: (2) Roman Opalka, edited by Karlyn de Jongh and Sarah Gold. Signed by Opalka, numbered 003. White, white-lettered cardboard cassette, 24 x 27 x 6 cm, containing a white, white-lettered cloth-covered book, 176 pp. Accompanied by a photograph of Roman Opalka (1931-2011) painting in his studio. Mounted on dibond and behind plexiglass, loosely inserted. Housed in green cardboard box. (total 2)
