Text typed black on white paper, reads: 'élégie pour mon Jules (élégie sur élégie); presented in bandpieces (inter/ changeable phonic material) 1) with 1440 possibilities of combination 2) to / cause confusion and sadness. notes: 1) cuts in the total work near or on the /limitline of distinct pieces; 20 total and partial orchestration, with a / stock of 6 pieces: both 720 possibilities'.

This appears to be a phonic poem by Herman Damen, undated (late 60s, early 70s). Bonotto mentions an unreleased record titled 'Elegie Pour Mon Jules/snackbar poem' of 2'52" held in A. Lora Totino's archive. No further information could be found, super rare.
