Archive consisting of 11 (fold.) blueprints of designs for the house by the Arnhem city-architect architect Constant Emile Alexander, partly dated 1931 (incl. an orig. design in pencil for the door-knocker), 15 letters to him by the commissioner of the mansion Dr. A.D. de Leeuw from Schiedam (mostly dated 1931), 23 photographs of the interior and exterior of the summerhouse (incl. family-pictures), a handwritten obituary with newspaper clipping of De Leeuw (1961), and some related pieces, all loosely inserted in 1 portfolio.

Added: collection of ca. 100 newspaper clippings, typescript letters, manuscript annotations and official documents concerning C.E. Alexander and his work as city architect of Arnhem, ca. 1945-1978 (mostly fifties), together in 1 portfolio. (total 2 portfolios)
