Dieter Roth, Bastell Novelle 1

Stuttgart, Edition Hansjörg Mayer, 1974. Softcover, 22 x 15 cm, 48 pp., edition of 200. This crisp copy derives from the archive of Wim Beeren/Dorine Mignot and has a perforated hole of 1 cm on the top left corner.

Although Roth used perforations in several works, this seems to be an unusual one. The copy may have been a presentation copy used during Roth's exhibition at the Stedelijk Museum in 1975, co-curated by Mignot.
