Signed in pen by B. Evert Lugard at the end. Very rare, early publication on cars. A few illustrations show Verwey en Lugard's selling points for cars in The Hague, they were one of the earliest Dutch car dealers (Peugeot). In 1903, there was a large railway-strike in the Netherlands, cars were effectively put to use to solve the problems with the delivery of mail.
