282 unnumb. p., with contributions in pen and legible handwr., dated "Oct. 15" (1834) to "Dec. 6" (1842), orig. vellum w. manuscr. title on frontcover, w. remains of ties, 4to size.

Vellum a bit warped and splitting at outer corners of frontcover. W. owner's entry "H. van Lingen" in pencil on upper pastedown, followed by the dates of the first and final contribution. H. van Lingen was apparently a dealer in all kinds of cloths, poss. a tailor, buying cloths in large quantities in both the Netherlands and abroad. A few contributions: "H. van Lingen debet aan Georg & Carel Wurtz te Emmerik" , "(...) debet aan Farine Jzn. te Parijs" (several contributions), "(...) debet aan J. Bentzing te Amsterdam (copper vases, onaments etc.), "(...) aan A Claereboets, Maastricht (several contributions), "J.F. von Steinen te Iserlohn", and "Gottfried Hochstaetter in Darmstadt".
