(browned) paper letterpiece on spine.

Each part warranted by Le Plat w. stamp, bookplate of the philosopher Leo Polak (1880-1941) and 1 older bookplate at the beginning, final page ends w. the catchword "Supplement", as in other copies. Binding worn along extremities, occas. browned. Not in Catalogus van de bibliotheek nagelaten door Prof. Mr. Dr. Leo Polak in bruikleen gegeven door de Leo Polakstichting (1949). A parody or travesty by the Flemish author Le Plat (1762-1807), referring to contemp. events.
