Marriott, Pharmaceutical compounding, p. 9-10; Wellcome IV, p. 363; Wing R2105. The third major revision of the London Pharmacopoeia, probably the 8th edition (first: 1618). Very rare. A list of simples is followed by recipes in all kinds of categories, the work also contains a list of the members of the Royal College of Physicians and an index at the end. A variant edition with different imprint was published as well.
