Presumed to be an early porposal for the first expansion of the 'Passage', the oldest still-standing shopping arcade in the Netherlands. (3) 'Motto "Nora" Gevelontwerp Laan van Meerdervoort' , pencil drawing, 41 x 93 cm. Mounted on board.
