"derniere feuille" followed by another circular allegorical plate. 18th cent. hmor., gilt spine w. mor. letterpiece, obl. 4to size (18.7 x 28.5 cm). Waterst. throughout, occas. addtional brown stains, plate 35 w. tear in lower margin. Description added to the copy in the University of Southern California Libraries: "Suite de 40 planches, dont 4 seulement, la 1re, la 3e, la 29e et la derniere, a dernière — ont été gravées par Verdier; les autres sont de Benoît et Jean Audran, J.B. de Poilly, Ch.
