Etched title and 6 (of 11) plates, each approx. 12 x 19 cm, numb. 1-4, 8, 9 and 11, the first signed "Jan vanden Velde fecit", w. address "Claes Iansz Visscher excudebat anno 1616" in cartouche, mounted at upper corners under passe-partouts. All very good contemp. impressions on fine paper, w. occas. unidentified watermarks, all w. ample margins. Tiny marg. tears in blank margin of the title, number 3 stained (sl. affecting the image), otherwise occas. stains in blank margins. A (very) good set.
