Jähns, p. 1376-77. Very rare sole edition of this critique on Dutch fortification, one of three known issues, differing only in their dedications (to Breslau, Danzig, or Frankfurt am Main, as here). Neubauer considered the Dutch fortifications (esp. those of Hendrick Ruse) as overtly costly and time-consuming, proposing here a more practical alternative.
