Silvered copper, Ø 3.1 cm, recto w. bust of Tilden surrounded by the text "Samuel J. Tilden for president of the United States America Centennial 1876", verso w. bust of his running mate Hendricks surrounded by the text "Thos. A. Hendricks for vice president (...)". Rubbed, holed for suspension. Rare. Added: (2) Large brass token, the Society of Arts and Sciences Edison Tribute May 24th 1928". (3) Spence, Thomas (1750-1814).
