Super-Design. Vienna, Galerie nächst St. Stephan, 1968

Seminal manifestation at the Viennese avant-garde gallery run by Otto Mauer, with Bruno Gironcoli, Roland Goeschl, Hans Hollein, Oswald Oberhuber and Walter Pichler. Featured Hollein's mobile architectures, Walter Pichler's prototypes and Bruno Gironcoli's early motherships. The show ran from June 10 to July 7 1968.

Staple-bound, 39.5 x 20.3 cm, 12 pp. Amazing catalogue design with screen-printed cover by Goeschl, with an introductory statement by Mauer (in German). Unfortunate age-related wear and soiling to covers, interior with some creasing, staples rusted; otherwise fine. Scarce item, no other copies traced in trade. A fun group portrait of the Super-Design participants by Christian Skrein, used as the exhibition poster, is documented online.
