Westkunst & Zeitgeist & Von Hier Aus

Extensive press documentation regarding three major exhibitions held in Germany between 1980 and 1984. Comprises over 100 items including press releases, press photos, maps, invitation cards and posters.

The exhibitons include: 'Westkunst: Zeitgenössische Kunst seit 1939' (Western Art: Contemporary Art since 1939), organized by Kasper König and Laszlo Glozer, held in the Cologne Trade-Fair Centre in 1981; 'Zeitgeist, Internationale Kunstausstellung Berlin 1982', organized by Christos M. Joachimides and Norman Rosenthal, held at the Martin-Gropius-Bau in Berlin in 1982; 'Von hier aus – Zwei Monate neue deutsche Kunst in Düsseldorf' (Up from here – Two months of new German art in Düsseldorf) curated by Kasper König, organized by the city of Düsseldorf and the Gesellschaft für aktuelle Kunst Düsseldorf in 1984.
