Engr. title for the series of Roman heroes, 37 x 23.4 cm, signed "HGoltzius invenit sculpsit et divulgavit Ao. 1586 Harlemi" in lower left corner. Good impression on paper w. watermark crowned shield w. fleur de lys and countermark M, w. narrow margins at left, top and right, tread lower margin. Very carefully restored copy, w. smoothed-out horizontal folds, sm. closed tears, a fes supplemented tiny portions of blank margins, a few sl. thin spots. In all, a very good copy of this very rare print, hardly ever offered for sale. Hollstein 161, 3rd state (of 5).
