With programme booklet, newspaper clippings, and other ephemeral material related to the event mounted in the album, and with loosely inserted photograph of Sablairolles. Albumen print, 16 x 12 cm. In cord-bound full vellum, gilt lettering and silk endpapers, folio (48 x 32 cm).
Anna Sablairolles (1861-1945) was one of the most celebrated theatre actresses of her time. The album provides a fascinating insight in the Dutch world of theatre of the early 20th century.
