Sm. 4to., later marbled paper cover, title with vignette, (1),78,120 pp. Knuttel 7545. The text is attributed to Johan de Witt. The Acte van Seclusie was a secret annex to the "Treaty of Westminster" which meant the end of the First Anglo-Dutch War. The Acte excluded the House of Orange from the stadholderate. The Deductie is the defense of the Acte. The paper with small defects. Text browned but good and complete.
