Presumably 'Gamy' is the pseudonym of Marguerite Montaut, the wife of the poster's designer Ernest Montaut who died at an early age. Dutchman Jan Olieslagers achieved several flight records in 1910, including several in "La Grande Semaine de la Champagne" in Reims.
