all signed and dated 1838-1839 on the stone, 2x hand-coloured, all numbered and published by Gihaut Frères (Paris), ca. 1840, all on paper size 36 x 55 cm.

Four historical scenes: two hand-coloured scenes with Hungarian soldiers, numbered 5 and 6 and dated 7 July 1837, a scene titled "Arrivée a Kicheneff, (Bessarabie)", numbered 27 and dated 4 August 1837 and a scene titled "Halte d'un convoi militaire Russe, près Yalta (Crimée)", numbered 34 and dated 12 August 1837.
