Unpublished, at least without copies in Picarta. On the reverse of the title page a hand-coloured drawing in pen and ink with dedication to Jan Vrijman and on the inside of the back cover a letter originally pasted at two corners (now loose) by Van der Linden to "Lieve Jan".
