Horsman: "Deze studiebladen tot studie-handboek doen inbinden door Boekbinder Gerard Heesterman, ter eere van mijn op Zaterdag 7 november 1942 in "Bellevue" te Amsterdam met gunstig gevolg afgelegd "ONSA"-examen." Also with inlaid Horsman's original diploma, signed by the leader of ONSA, J. Veenhoven and the head trainer of the training centre (Haarlem), M. van Driel. Given the date on which the diploma was awarded (7 November 1942), this does not concern captain and sea hero Willem Horsman (1909 - 11 Nov. 1942) who died in a sea battle with the Japanese navy.
