Album amicorum with 12 cardboard leaves printed or illustrated on one side: 6 letterpress poems by "C.F." facing 6 fine anonymous gouaches (probably by the same), the final gouache with movable part, original blindstamped and gilt-lettered cloth, large 4to (minimal defects).

Lovely album with the following texts with explanation with the illustrations: "Der Hausschlüssel, eine tragikomische Geschichte" (a woman forgot her house key and had to break a window to get inside); "Ein moderner Gesundheitsjäger" (portrait of a man who decides to dedicate himself to "Pfarrer kneipp"); "Idyll in der Theodulhütte" (a group of people dry themselves and their clothes near a fire); "Enteneinfall im Winter" (three men hunting or 3x the same hunter); "Ritt auf's Faulhorn" (four men with horses in the mountains); "Das vorgebliche Straussenei" (an "egg" lies on a hill which can be folded away, revealing the egg to be a bald head).
