Manuscript consisting of a calligraphed title page with rich border in pen and ink, followed by more than 300 leaves written on both sides, mostly written ca. 1750-1760 but with later additions up to ca. 1800 in another hand, contemporary gilt polished calf with gilt and ribbed back, 20 x 13.5 cm.

Gilding on spine slightly worn and lacks letterpiece, else in very good condition. Interesting, alphabetically ordered register, with summary of many original regulations specifically aimed at Oud and Nieuw Vossemeer, from the word "Aankoop" to "Zierickzee". Many terms include a reference to another term under which the subject is included, increasing its usefulness.
