addressed to "Mons. Coslin Lieutenant colonel pour sa Nté. Imp. et cathe. Mons" [Mons crossed out and corrected in another hand: Presentement a Anvers"], dated "5 janv. 1718", on the front of a bifolium, 30.5 x 20.5 cm., with address and finely preserved wax seal on the final page, 21 x 29.8 cm. (entire leaf) (folded for sending, lacks corner of final leaf).
