Small folio, leather across wooden boards, entirely blindstamped monastic binding, on front board with centered panel: Voluntatum Timencum Faciet Dominus and on back board: Sic Pereant Omnes Ini Migi Tui Domine 1571. Copper clamps and iron locks with leather hinge, partly renewed.

Title page entirely illustrated with allegorical scene in woodcut and centered title in red and black. (26),877,(22) pp., incl. large printer's mark with place and date on last text leaf. Numerous woodcuts in the text. Endpaper with rudimentary drawing, title page verso with removed stamped, (water) stains, text leaves here and there browned, ann. on final endpaper. Spine with restoration, else good copy.
