Illuminated manuscript, ca. 1400

Original manuscript [one leaf recto and verso] from a (presumably French) Book of Hours in Latin. Vellum, 17 x 12 cm., front under glass in mount. 15 lines, 10 gold-heightened initials, lines in black (discoloured) and incidentally red ink, here and there line filler in blue, brown and gold.
