Anonymous, ca. 1940-1946. Oeuvre of more than 150 original poems,

all but a few typed (several in various handwritings), several monogrammed in pen, all dated (mostly from the war years), all on perforated leave on 8vo size, partly loose, partly in 3 contemporary binders.

Intriguing lot, of which we do not trace the poet. Some poets are dedicated to someone, e.g. Lot and Johan Avéres, baron Hövell tot Westerflier or Dr. Th. Deelen ("12,5 jr. Directeur St. Elisabeth Gast- en Ziekenhuis"). The poems have been numbered in pencil (later?), mostly within the range of 300-600. By far most poems are related to the war, part is jokingly anti-German, some poems are in German.
