"liggende in Tedingerbrouck , inden ambachte van Soeterwoude", for Cornelis de Haes "out driij [or XVIII?] jaeren", pen and ink on vellum, signed "Johan de Witt 1670" and with paper "klein zegel", reverse with short text signed "Johan Ruys" and dated 15 October 1671, and an approval signed by Simon Brand, dated 1670, 31 x 32 cm.

Central damage on fold with some loss to text, folded several times. Without wax seals. Fine manuscript in graceful handwriting, which refers to several other deeds with numbers 347 and 794. The deed determines the management of the plots (with the owners of the bordering plots extensively mentioned) for Cornelis de Haes and what will have to happen "na dat hij sijn mondig 's mans sal sijn gecomen". In the text itself is referred to the "Comptoir van onsen lieven & getrouwen Raetpensionaris Johann de Witt (...)".
