Piazza, 1910, printed in 300 numbered copies (this is number 28, one of 40 copies on Japanese paper with an extra suite of the illustrations in b/w), 159,(6) p., very richly illustrated with coloured title illustration and 50 coloured illustrations in the text (10x full-page, else mostly half-page) and rich other book decoration by Henri Cassiers, exuberant contemporaneous Art-Nouveau style binding by Charles de Samblanx in full phtalo blue/ green morocco with various other coloured leather inlaid (tulips) and with gilt border, on the inside of both boards a signed watercolour (21 x 14 cm.) by Albert Geudens (1869-1949), silk endpapers, bound with original wrapper, all edges gilt, in original cardboard slipcase with morocco letterpiece, the slipcase in yet another slipcase, 4to.

Spine of binding trifle faded, spine of inner slipcase browned and outer slipcase is worn, else in perfect condition. This desirable copy with gilt-lettered dedication page "A Henri Cohen ses amis de l'arbitrage", with 28 original signatures. The most abundantly illustrated book by Buysse, in an exceptionally finished copy.
