Printed at the Eton College Press, 1894, XIV,164,(1) p., with hélio-engraved portrait and 3 steelengraved plates, finely bound by R. Ingalton Drake in gilt polished calf with coat of arms on both boards, gilt and ribbed back with morocco letterpiece and coat of arms, all edges gilt, 4to (top hinge torn in). Finely printed on laid paper, in school-prize binding of Eton College, with the prize awarded to Leopold Colin Henry Douglas Campbell, 1899 (total 2).
